Falk added that Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea are all “interested” in the centre-back, who has been a huge part of Bayern’s success for close to a decade.
The 32-year-old has a brief spell in the Premier League with Manchester City before he moved to the Bundesliga giants for £12million in 2011.
And Jose Mourinho, Mikel Arteta and Frank Lampard are allegedly keen on adding the experienced German to their squads in the summer.
